windsheild replacment
Which area ?
I think its best to get a pro to do it , they have the suction cups etc
If it was me , I would go down to the junkyard area of town (wilmington) and there usually are a couple glass shops

how is the glass secured by rubber seal or urethane? This must be done correctly as its a safety issue.
if its urethane...by the time you buy the tools required and the glass...you will be at the cost of a professional install. if you want to try it...eric the car guy has a glass install video.

If you watch someone that does this every day, its a piece of cake. They have the tools , materials and experience to do a good job.
Not that you can't tackle it,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,but if you start it, you might regret getting into something that can be very disappointing when things go wrong.

Thanks for all the responses. Problem is I cant drive van yet. I have old broken glass out and new one ready to go. I purchased gasket and it seems to be a combination of urethane and 2 gaskets. Gonna keep trying to find someone.

Agreed with the glass company. At least with you having the glass out, you can deal with any rust in advance of them doing the work. On my 08, the glass guy told me they are seeing rust where the channel comes down off the roof.
