Default Not sure where to post

I have a 1994 chevy suburban. My rear blower only blows outside air. The heat nor the ac will work in the back of my truck. The blower motor is new. Also everytime I put a new fuse in for the turn signals it just blows the fuse.

Post under tahoe, and suburban.
The turn signal issue probably is the flasher.

I have a Chevy subnrban with a small block 5.7 vortec and it has no top end please help
