Ok so I have a 09 silverado 1500, I have 1st and 2nd gear and reverse, drive and 3rd only rev trying to take off but while I'm moving I can manually go up to 3rd then drive and it'll work, I also have no torque at all and can't even go over a curb in first or second, help please

 

Same thing happened to my 04, just a simple 2200.00 fix. Had 80k miles on it. Next the transfer case control mod will go out, 800.00.
Hate to sound all doom and gloom, but my transmission guy told me it was a very common problem with the silverados.
Got mine fixed, and sold it.
