Hello,
I just bought a 2000 suburban 2500 and Im having an occasional starting issue. Its pretty random or at least I havent detected any kind of pattern. Service engine light goes on and off every 100 miles. Fuel gauge randomly quits working. When it does start it drives just fine. Burns a quart of oil every 2000 miles. Fuel pump was supposedly replaced by the owner before. I have replaced plugs, wires, and coil packs. Im thinking maybe valves need adjusted or gasket replaced. Any thoughts or wisdom would be appreciated.
