Hello fellow chevy guys!
I'm still having problems with my 2003 trailblazer 4wd. All of the electronic actuators areworking fine and the transfer case does shift into 4wd but the front differential shift fork doesn't want to move to lock the axle. If anyone has come across this before any help would be greatly appreciated. Beach season is coming up soon and I want to hit all of them. Thanx.[sm=gears.gif]

 

I had this problem with a chevy pickup years ago. My tranny guy told me the actuator on the housing wasn't working so it would not push the gear to connect axles. He called it a ***** because it looks like one. Good Luck. Art.

 

thats my problem, the "*****" is working but the shift fork in the differential isn't moving far enough to engage the axles. thanx for your help, Mark
