Question 09 Equinox mystery hoses

Car “reduced engine power.” Service stabilitrack. Codes p0641, p0507, and p0532 although not at the same time. Have replaced ECM, TBA, accelerator sensor (gas pedal) o2 sensors, plugs and still doesn’t fix it. I’m going through all the wires for
shorts or breaks and ran across these hoses. Can anyone identify? I’m assuming vacuum hoses maybe?

That looks like the vent cap on rear ends and transmissions. They are usually elevated so water can't get in when you drive in high water.
