'09 Malibu - How to remove EVAP purge solenoid
I have a 2009 Malibu V6 3.6L that I need to replace the purge solenoid. One end of the hose is easy to get off, and I've removed the bracket, but the other end of the hose (by the little filter) I just can't seem to get off.
It has that little plastic clamp that is visible on both sides of the hose. I've tried pulling it up (there's a little spot to insert a screwdriver) but it doesn't seem to "pop up" and I don't want to break it.

Any idea how to work that gray/white clamp to get that piece off??

Well I just figured it out myself after an hour of messing with it!
I just pressed down on the top of that clamp, making it extend out the bottom and it slid right out.
