I have a 1988 chevy S10 that won't start all my lights and what not come on but it doesn't crank. I've been gone for the past several months but my step dad had gone out to start it every once in a while until one day it didn't start. I've put in a new battery, battery cables, starter, clutch safety switch, ignition switch and all new fuses. What else is there to check? Is there a fusable link I'm overlooking and if so where is it? Thanks for the help.

 

Do you know if you're not getting any fuel, or no spark? Old S-10 like that oughta be able to pull the air breather off and as someone is cranking see the fuel coming out the injectors.
