Default 1990 c1500 weird header-like noise

Recently (2 days ago) I was driving with my dad and we took a slight left turn, and suddenly the exhaust made a terrible strait header type noise. I have a few modifications to the exhaust. It's a 3 in pipe to one catalytic converter to a thrush muffler. It's only makes the noise when I make a left turn. It's very strange and if anyone has any ideas at what it could be, please help. Should I replace the whole exhaust completely, headers and everything? The noise is so loud that I can feel it in the floor board and in the gas pedal. I'm new to this forum. So please excuse me for any mistakes. Thank you everyone!
