Default 1991 blazer gets warm and wont start

I have a 1991 chevy blazer that I use for snowplowing ,, last winter it started when it got warm it wouldnt start back til it cooled down ,, it cranked very slow but would not start ,,after it cooled it would crank fast like normal and start and run great .... so this summer I had several people tell me it was my starter getting hot and causing the problem ,,so I go buy a brand new starter and put on it.. same problem this winter ....any ideas ...also i put new wires and plugs ...and new battery ..same thing..(
