I have problems with heat getting cool when stopped and air conditioning getting what seams to be warm air mixed with the cool?

sounds like heater flap in duck system maybe stuck maybe halfway open, could just be a bad acutuater it controls the flap, if not actuater maybe leaves in airbox where the heater core and the flap is located holding flap open/closed. hope this helps
