Default 1999 Chevy truck front end

Hey, guys! I just joined. My uncle has a 1999 Chevy 2500 3/4 ton (NOT a 4 wheel drive), 8 plug truck. He's trying to find a rebuild kit online for his front end, but we're not sure what to look for. Can y'all help me find a link to one that will work?

thanks

Welcome from Florida.
Not sure, need more info about your truck, but this might be what you are looking for.

Thanks for the reply. What more info do you need? I'll talk to him later today. Would the additional info be on the title?

That's not exactly what he's looking for. He's looking for one of those kits with the 4 ball joints. I think you can get them for $100-$250.

You need the GVW of the truck. Rockauto also has the ball joints you can buy individually.

I will try to get it later. Isn't it on the drivers door?

He's looking for one of those kits with the 4 ball joints and arms. We just want to make sure we get the right one

Instead of a kit I would buy individually and go with Moog brand problem solvers, IMO the best suspension parts made.

Here's a picture of the weight. We're not sure if it's a 2500, a k2500 or a c2500.. Forgive my ignorance. I'm sorry it's blurry

Gvwr 8600

Model c20903

Would it be better if he just bought individual ball joints?

Enter your vin into the vin checker on this site and it will tell you what the truck is. You said it is not a 4X4 so it is not a K2500.
