Why does my truck rev up when I shift from park to any gear high enough to set a high idle code? I’ve replaced the intake gaskets, cleaned injectors but I still get code!

I have and it’s 58lbs at idle! Thought that it was too low so I put in a new fuel pump and also a new fuel pressure regulator and it’s still at 58lbs! So I just figured that’s what it’s supposed to be!!!

58 PSI is within the tolerances called for. 55-62 PSI.
