2000 Express/speedo fluctuates/engine-surges smoothly

Default 2000 Express/speedo fluctuates/engine-surges smoothly
New here. Anyone heard of this. Speedometer fluctuates 40-60 mph. Real speed about 55-60. Engine surges faster and slower. Seems to be running smooth. No engine lite. Drove at about 50-55 mph for 35 miles. Idles nice.

Computer? Engine speed sensor ?

Please help !!!
