i have a 2000 gmc vortec that starts hard. you can spin the engine for about 7 seconds before it fires up.once it starts you can shut it off and it will start up fine. if you leave it sit for longer then 20 minutes its hard srarting again. it acts like the fuel is bleedin off. i have changed fuel filter and tried fuel cleaner .plzs help
