2001 chev silverado ground

2001 chev silverado ground
I have a 01 silverado with a 4.3. I replaced the ign. switch and the reason I did was as follows:::
#1. Heater quit workin
#2. Odometer quit workin
#3. no gas gauge
#4. no temp gauge
#5. no wipers
I have checked the fuses and they seem to be o.k. Kinda at wits end right now. Some one told me that maybe it was a ground 203 or 200 splice pack etc. I dont know where that is located and how to check it. Any ideas are greatly accepted and thank you many times over for the help.
