2001 VENTURE
I have a 2001 venture that keeps overheating. The local dealer hooked it up to the computer & said that the head was cracked..
Can you still have a cracked head and not be leaking any water, oil, or anti-freeze? My Exhaust is not white as would be expected...The local dealer that I am dealing with has a reputation for do unnecessary work on the vehicle & overcharging....
The van will run for a while & then quickly go to red on the gauge... A couple of times I wasn't able to go over 30 miles an hour. Then after a few minutes it will run normal again.... Sometimes it goes all the way to the red & other times it runs hotter than normal.
