There is a squeaking noise occurring when I push on the gas pedal. Occasionally the squeak is heard while the car is in idle. It sounds as if its coming from the belts but when I press them for tension they are not loose. When I watch the belts turn nothing appears to be wobbling. My check engine light is on steady as well. Any idea of what this might be?
