2003 suburban alternator problems
Hello, I have a 2003 burban!
I installed factory electric fans on it! Did it like stock, but I don’t have the ecm control them! They come on with ac, and temp!
since the install my alternator drops to 12volts when they kick on. It seems like when it’s cold it charges better! Soon as it heats up it’s back down to 12 at idle soon as I come off idle it back up to 13.2! So I changed out the alternator with an Amazon 250 amp! Upgraded the cable to 4 gauge and I still have this issue at idle. If I give it 1000rpms it’s charging fine! Any advice is appreciated
