Default 2006 chevy 1500 brake issue

I believe I have a brake issue. I have a driver front brake that the caliper seems to not release all the way. I have changed driver and passenger front calipers. I flushed the whole system. I also changed the rear drum brakes and wheel cylinders. The driver front seems to be the issue if I jack it up and try to just spin the wheel it is harder to spin than the passenger side and it also stops much faster then the passenger wheel.

The reason for this post is that my truck seems to slow down faster than normal after I let off the gas. It feels like I'm dragging something. It's a 2006 with only 83,000 miles. I can't imagine it being a gear box or trans causing this issue. I check front rear transfer case and transmission and all the fluids are clean and full. Need help not sure what to do next.

If you want to be sure if it is in the brake then you can try this. Remove the brake pads from the drivers side and try spinning the wheel again to see if it reacts the same. If it still slows down quickly then you know it is not in the brake system.

The mounting pins/bolts that the brake pads mount on need to be smooth and lubricated for the pads to slide easily on. If they are not you could have a bind on that pad which could keep it from retracting completely.

Brake Hose will do the same thing they come apart inside where you can't see and won't release the fluid as fast as the other. If you change them do it in pairs in the front.
