2009 tahoe ltz rear tailgate loud chirp noise
How can i disable the rear tail gate chirp noise it is really loud when i open the rear tailgate the sound comes on all the speakers if their is a way to disable it please post a comment thank you for your help please reply to jvela1075@yahoo.com

What I found in your owners manual goes as follows:
on the DIC display.
This is in section 3 on page 68. I hope this helps you.

REAR ACCESS OPEN
This message displays and a chime sounds if the
liftgate or liftglass is open while the ignition is in
ON/RUN. Turn off the vehicle and check the liftgate and
liftglass. Restart the vehicle and check for the message
