Exclamation Chirp/Squeak noise!

Here is a video before I post anything else! I just want to know what the chirp/squeak sound is and what I need to do to fix it without being told it's 20 different things! Thanks!

What kind of vehicle is this? year? I see it's a truck?

Do you get any of the noise if you were to bounce the front of the car up and down on either side above the wheels?

It's definitely not mechanical.. you probably need to grease/lube something up. Looks pretty bone dry underneath. I'm guessing that's one of the 20 things you've been told?

Yes it does squeak and bounce pretty good on front and back. I'm certain my shocks need to be changed but fear I'll change em, then that squeak will be there! I need my ball joints changed also! But don't have the money for everything at this moment. So to keep my sanity I'm starting with aggravated squeak. It is a 2001 Silverado half ton. It does this noise every time I stop rather quickly. And as soon as I release the brake and start rolling. Ex: I stoped at a red light quick bc it turned read on me. I can hear that squeak. Then as soon as I release the brakes and before I begin rolling, that squeak/chirp happens just like in the video. Also I have had the brakes and rotors changes. As I was told THAT was going to stop my squeak. But 300 dollars later, here I am with the squeak still! It never stopped squeaking after brake service, and it WAS squeaking before the brake change.

I guess I would just grease what you can for now...and not really worry about it?
