2016 2500 HD factory radio question
Guys I have a radio screen that has gone south because (apparently) while cleaning I got some cleaning fluid on it. Radio and all other climate items still work but nothing can be read on this small screen. My question is: Is this factory, small, non touch screen (the screen itself) compatible across all models of these trucks? The reason I ask I can only find matching screen size being sold with the whole dash casing, which also has the air flow control ***** below the radio control *****. I have looked everywhere just for a screen replacement but cannot find anyone selling just the screen. Ebay has a bunch of these whole face/casing replacements that include the screen but none will match my 2500 HD model (by referencing their vehicle matching option which always says it is not a match) even though obviously the screen looks to be the same. I am real close to just purchasing one of these sets and then taking it apart so I can take that screen out and replace mine with it. That is if this is possible. Anyone run into this issue before?
