Default 2019 2500 hd electrical challenges

Sporadically, I get lots of warnings on my dash..maybe a day apart or a week apart. (SERVICE TRAILER BRAKES. STABILTRAK, POWER STEERING and others)I have a warranty but no one wants to work on it unless the issue is currently active. I took it to chevy house Saturday when currently active and the pulled the codes, lots of loss of communication and low voltage faults throughout the system. It was the weekend so no one could look at it. Took it in today and we discussed CCA on the brand new O'Reilly batteries I have. The dealers suggests 770 cca and these batteries are 660. The service rep said this cold be the issue. Looking for anyone to agree, disagree, or have another opinion of how to replace my issues

Low CCA could contribute, but it’s likely not the root cause especially if you’re seeing comm errors. Bad grounds, a failing BCM, or a weak alternator are more probable. Push the dealer to diagnose wiring/grounds or module issues, not just the battery. If they won’t, try another shop.

Did that, time will tell.....I did learn that O'Reilly sold me the correct batteries for my truck, but pulled the smaller ones and have them to me. I didn't think to look at them at the time...they have the correct ones, no hassle

Low CCA could contribute, but your symptoms (random warnings, communication errors) point more to a bad ground, corroded wiring, or a failing module. Try cleaning battery terminals and checking ground connections first. If issues persist, push the dealer to dig deeper low voltage faults often hide bigger problems.
