Default 2bbl to 4bbl

hi, i just picked up a edelbrock intake and holley 4bbl carb. intake was used with a block that has the same casting number as mine (3790010). i do need to do much modifying to the vacuum system? or any other parts? more horsepower and worse mileage? any answers are appreciated, thanks guys

sorry, its a 82 monte carlo with a 350 chevy 69 w. casting 3790010. had a mild cam and re did heads, from what previous owner told me 2 bbl Rochester on it at the moment

other parts? more horsepower and worse mileage? no, yes, maybe. I upgraded 283 and 327 and 350 engines from 2 to 4bbl. With a bigger came there will be a more noticable difference. Headers should be the next step. i do need to do much modifying to the vacuum system? no. The cam may affect vacuum.
