You need to use for a 350 no bigger than a 185cc intake runner.The 190ccs are to big and will result in a torque loss at lower rpm ranges.

Look at the performance section on the link for heads.The money for a roller conversion is money well spent and could cost from $300 to $500 to get that done.Real gains in that conversion.
