Default 383 single turbo stroker build

I have a 1989 GMC Sierra 1500 4wd 5 speed. I want to build a 383 Stroker single turbo setup. I am going to start with a 4 bolt main 1 piece rear main seal ,383 block from summit and was going to buy a 383 stroker kit. I was wondering what all i have to do internally so that it will hold up to the turbo, and what kind of heads to use. and should i go carburetorated, EFI or TBI. Was thinking about using a MSD ignition, what size turbo should i put on it. Thanks for the help me and my father plan to build this over the next year or 2 should be fun!! also should i change my gearing and if so to what. I plan to use this truck to haul a 33' rv across the US.
