Default 85 Suburban C20 Restoration Project.

I am considering restoring my suburban to a daily driver and getting it looking super nice.

Current known problems:
Leaky rear main seal
Carb need cleaning / rebuild (hasnt run in a year or so)
Engine MIGHT need a rebuild.
Rear driver shock rusted off the frame, and needs custom fabrication to reattach it.
Rear passanger side glass in back need replacing,
Windshield needs replacing antenna in it.
Ac/heat need to be fixed.
Radiator needs replacing.
Needs paint.
Needs new new panels maybe?

Known repairs:
New master cyclinder.
New tires.
New exaust
New distrubiter parts.
Timed.

I just want to know if I am going to end up spending more money on this than it is worth. Should i maybe try to sell it for a grand or 750 and try to buy another suburban of the same year and model for 1000-2000 that doesnt have as many issues and try to fix it up?

It could become a money pit. It depends on whether you plan on keeping it for a long time.

My 95 C1500 stepside is one I plan on keeping so in my opinion all the parts and time I am investing in my truck is worth it.
