This is a great original 1968 Chevy C10 pickup with the straight 6-cylinder engine and three speed standard transmission on the column. The truck does run and drive, but there is a gas leak in the carb seal, so it stalls out. Will need to be dollied, towed, or fixed before it goes very far. The truck was used for light landscaping by a cemetary in Orange County for years and they lost track of the paperwork in the last 30 years. Should be a fairly easy task to get paperwork for the truck due to the age. There is a form for older vehicles available at the DMV for lost paperwork. It was something like form MV-51A. It's been a while since I've checked, but they seemed to feel it would not be a problem to have the vehicle title reissued. Overall, the truck is in decent shape for the year. Will need rust work. The frame is solid and complete. Missing rear tailgate. Engine and transmission are both in good shape as well aside from the leak on the carb seal. Glass is all in good shape. Dash is in good shape. Bench seat has a tear on the drivers side but just needs to be recovered. I had planned to do a complete restoration on the truck, but too many projects force me to part with it. This is a solid restoration project. Located in high falls, ny 12440. $600...take it away.
