i got a 90 gmc pickup that keeps blowing binker fuses when i shift from park. it doesn't blow from N to D but every where else it does. i was thinking a pinched wire, had part of the column apart but everything looks fine[] any help ? fuses are starting to get spendy and trying to put one in on the fly is a pain thanks

no i wasn't thinkingthere would be any wireing down along the linkage other than the normal things like the N start switch & kickdown cable.the only thing i can think of is a short to ground cuz that will take out just about any fuse but where the hell it is, is a mystery to me ???
