I just replaced my transmission and the speedometer hook up is different. I thought it was the same tranny, but it looks like my old tranny had a mechanical type speedometer and the new tranny seams to be electric. Is there an adapter or something I can get to fix this problem?

 

Does your old tranny have a mechanical cable with the screw on connection at the tail housing? Or does it 2 have electrical wires with a push on connector?
