Default 93 k1500 clunk on deceleration

93 k1500 clunk/clanking on deceleration for a few seconds, then goes away.
Drives and shifts fine. Just did u-joints, found 3 teeth missing off of spider gear in rear diff.
Is this possible noise from drive line catching up, trans and rear diff, after I take my foot off gas?

Sounds like an auto tranny issue to me. BTW did you wash out all the particles of metal when you did your differential spider gears?
