Hi everyone i just started on this forum
Why i started is i just bought me a new toy and there are a couple issues im having. It is a 1995 gmc suburban 1500 4wd 350
So it runs great sounds great shifts great ect...
But i have been watching the temp on it and on first start of the day when cold the temp gets to 220ish then drops to normal then the rest of the day runs right at 195 is that normal for a 90s 350?
Aswell as the oil pressure was a little high around 60psi but when wormed gets to around 45 psi but then yesterday i changed the oil i put 10w40 in her and the oil pressure got to 70psi then when wormed up stayes around 45-50 psi is this normal for the thicker oil i was going to go with 10w-30 but got the 10w-40 the od says 81k miles but dose not move and the oil change sticker from jiffy lube said 85k miles so idk what millage it is at
