Unhappy 96 C2500 No Power

The other day as I was leaving work, I stopped at a gas station. When I went to start my truck again, I lost all power to everything including cluster, fuel pump, and all lights. I blew a 20Amp Maxi fuse on Aux 2 circuit. I replaced the fuse, but no change. I have changed my power wires from battery to fuse box, battery to starter, and battery to ground on block. I have had my battery load tested multiple times and it tests good. I have tried to jump it initially at the gas station. I changed my starter because the solenoid had a loose post on the wire to ignition. I have replaced the connector on that wire. I have tried a new ignition switch but there was no change so I put my 8 month old switch back on. Please, anybody seen this? I think it's a short somewhere but I can not seem to put my finger on it.

Current Symptoms
  • No power with key on to anything
  • Power to under hood fuse box with key off
  • No power to under hood fuse box with key on
  • No crank when key engaged
  • Battery heating up on Neg (-) Terminal when key is in any position

Parts Replaced
  • Starter
  • 4 gauge Power cable battery (+) to starter
  • 4 gauge Power cable battery (+) to under-hood fuse box
  • 4 gauge Power cable battery (-) to engine block
  • 8 gauge Power cable to battery (-) to sidewall
  • 8 gauge Power cable to battery (+) to alternator
  • Tried new ignition switch
  • Replaced blown 20 Amp Maxi Fuse under hood fuse box labeled Aux 2
Any Ideas?
