98 2.2 s10 misfires and backfires every time it rains

Hi mike thanks found out what it was had no idea . Checked wires plugs took off coils one coil was cracked right into could see right inside thanks a million. Just saved me a lot of headakes. Once again thanks a million.

I have water entering and getting to the coils and spark plugs. It seems to be coming from the rear of the hood .We are keeping it covered now and that helps a little . How can I correct this ? It has cost me a small fortune in new coil paks.

Hey David welcome to the forum. You should start your own new thread rather than jumping on one that's 10 years old. Alot of folks here won't bother to open a thread this old
