Default 98 Silverado: Wheel Well Liners

The wheel well liners (the hard rubber that attachs too the inner fender well; behind the tire) is ripped on both sides. Been looking to replace them, but can't find them on any site I look at. Ive heard them called splash guards, wheel well liners, and inner fender well liners. But whatever they are, I can't seem to find them. Does anyone have any idea where to find them for a 98? Ive searched over a dozen sites online, but all i can really find are mud flaps and rear liners for newer models.
Its not like its causing issues, just a cosmetic issue that is bothering me.

Also looking for the cover that goes under the front bumper and around the tow hooks. Made of the same plastic as the liners in the wheel wells.
