99 express 5.7 vortex motor issue.

99 express 5.7 vortex motor issue.
My van is running very rich and sluggish, i replaced my o2 sensors to no avail, when I'm driving if I come to a fast so it's stalls out, and at idle the oil pressure drops to 0,any ideas?
