The thermostatic fan control switch may be defective. It may have a loose wire.
Or you may just have bad grounding in general.(Given it's an 03) I'd say try doing a temporary bypass on the TFCS,( to also be sure the fan itself isn't toast) and see what happens.
At this point in time, replacing your "big three" would probably be in order.

The "Big Three" are your Positive battery cable, your Negative battery cable, and your Engine-to-body(or firewall) ground strap.
The wires are inexpensive. The trick with the engine-to -body ground is to install a 4 or 6 gauge negative cable in a more exposed area, in the event the old ground strap is inaccessible. You really can't "work on" or "clean" corroded wires, they must be replaced.
