ac tensioner breaking and rattling

ac tensioner breaking and rattling
Hello,
I have done a little research but have yet to find an answer. I replaced my ac tensioner and belts the squeak is gone but the ac tensioner is rattling and even breaking off the pulley and arm. I have replaced it 3 time in as many weeks. I have found TSB # 030138019 which seems to describe it. Does anyone have a fix for this problem. It seems to be common. I have seen no fix for it though.
