on my 04 imp (dual climate control) the passengers side would be ice cold but drivers side would be warm. i could never fit a manifold gauge set on it due to the low side being too close to the firewall so i had to use the single gauge, the pressure was reading "good" added another can and the pressure gauge was still in the good side and both sides are now ice cold

I am having this same exact problem . I did all the calibration test and still no luck for me. Im honestly to the point where I think I’ll have to take my AC evaporator out and clean it out sense I think it may be causing a blockage of some sort . But before I do that I’m still doing everything I can to get the new or even my old actuator to work bcuz my driver side blow hot as hell and this Texas heat ain’t no joke
