The fornt hub is a press fit. There is a hub installer, but it uses the threads on that shaft. Or you can use a nut on the shaft to press it on. The only other way to put the hub on without using the threads, is to put it on with a hammer. But you run the risk of damaging the internal components by smashing the end of the shaft

Can I check the magnet somehow to see if it's working correctly? I don't have a clutch on there at all.

The test i mentioned earlier with the 2 test leads will test the magnet
