I have a 2005 Chevy Uplander and the battery is dead. I need to move the vehicle in order to replace the battery or to even be able to jump the vehicle. I turn the key and I am able to shift into neutral but the vehicle does not move, and no the emergency brake is not on. Am I able to move this vehicle without paying for a tow to move it?
