I've had the light on for 3 days I replaced the battery the alternate as well and it's still on even when the truck is off with the key out. Does anyone have an idea at what can be the issue?

 

Starting ok? What does the dash meter show for volts when running? Have you checked battery/atlernator with meter? I assume light stays on when running?

 

When you say dash meter you mean the battery indicator? No I haven't checked the battery or alternator I replaced both they are new. And yes the battery light light indicator stays on at all times even when the truck is off. I've checked all my grounds and everything seems good. So idk what it can be. Thanks for the feed back.

 

Yeah just curious your dash voltage reading vs if you check with a meter at the battery
