Default How to turn off battery light

I was messing around in my car today with my dvd/navigation and I left the doors open and the lights were on, and eventually, the battery went dead. I hooked it up to the battery charger and the battery is fully charged now, and starts with no problem, but the battery light on the dash won't go off. I had the voltage checked and it was fine, and the alternator is as well. How do I turn the light off?

Default run

drive it / a few starts / stops should clear it.

or remove battery, wait 20 min, reconnect battery.

Default wait?

wait, an 07 tahoe? that shouldn't be possible... if you leave any doors open / lights on, they go off after like 20 min or less... making it next to impossible... how did u do this?

If the issue doesn't resolve itself, search for TSB #06-06-03-013C that addresses the "Service Battery Charging System" message among other issues. It requires reprogramming of the BCM.
