Default Botched crankshaft install need help

Installed newly cut crankshaft in my 74 350 2 bolt block will not rotate or spin freely ... Is this due to puttin oil between main bearings and block?😳

If you have access to an anvil micrometer, and telescoping gauge, you need to check the clearance, and when you determine if it is good, lubriplate the bearing journals when putting it back together.
