Default brake noise

I am having a low pitch squeak coming from my rear disk breaks in reverse on a 02 chevy hd. It looks like the disks are a little rusted but I don't know why that would cause it to make that noise. Anyone have any ideas?

Default RE: brake noise

If you have rust on the brake surface it will squeak ... once that rust is gone so will the noise.
