I'm wondering about the fuel vapor canister can i remove it will that be a good thing or a bad thing on 92' Chevy C1500 ??????

Hey Brandon,

Welcome to the Chevy Forums.

That would be a bad idea. The point of an evaporative canister is to safely vent fumes from your gas tank, and it's a part of your vehicle's emission control system.

Were you looking for a safe place to install a second battery or something?
