Default cam bearing ?

hey,

whats the best way to put them back in.i had 2 sets now and cant get them in []without marking
them?.
5.7 vortec 350 engine.

or is it a tool for this?.or can i freeze.them.to do it.been to shop and made a mess of it.

so this will be the job for the weekend

This is the tool i use it's pretty cheap and it works!! also make sure your puting the bearings in the proper location also if they are really tight getting them cold and puting a little oil on the outside will help them slide in a little easier. put your rear bearing in first and work your way forward, and put the front one in by putting the tool in through the rear. piece of cake!!
