Default Can a bad pulley generate a turbine jet engine sound that follows rpm?

I was playing doctor with my stethoscope trying to find this loud noise. Thought it was the TC but that seems pretty quiet.
checked the altenator which seems like it could use some lube but still not it.
Cheack the a/c pump unit while off and weeeeeeen coming through my scope.
Went to the lower pulley under the a/c unit and it was screaming through to my ears.
I can see it wobble so i turned it off and can wobble it by hand.
That must be it but....Why does this loud screaming jet transfer to my stereo speakers also?

Also whats that lower pulley called on a 91 gmc jimmy 4.3 standard?
