Default car question buick encore to a trax?

i just got a 2022 buick encore. is that an equivalent model to the trax? if so maybe someone can tell me how to get the radio to keep the volume at the same level i set it to when i shut the car off? no when i start the car the radio volume is 0 and i have to readjust that everytime. now it may be the 1st owner set something to cause that. i asked about a week ago on the buick forum and i got 0 reads. so maybe someone here can help me out a bit?

also when we lock the doors with the fob it seem that fob will not open the doors again so we need to use the other fob. we did learn if we press the door handle button to lock them and then use the button to open them, is that a proper technique? also if the car is running or even if we just turned it off and one of us gets out and closes the door the horn beeps 3 time fast and then the fob left in the car fails to open the door when that fob returns to the car.

what i do not need is we get out and later one of us goes back and only has one fob and can't operate the car.

also being kind of new to a turbo again should we start the engine and let it run a bit before driving away and when we are ready to get out let the engine run a bit to spool down? we had a pt cruiser years ago and they recommend that for that car, but now 20 years later i'm wondering if that is still a valid procedure? thanks
